Guidelines for attending appointments

Please fill in “Health Questionnaire” ahead of your appointment. This can be found on our website: this has to be completed before your appointment.

If you or anyone you live with or have come into contact with are experiencing or showing any symptoms of Covid-19, please cancel your appointment. (This also includes any type of contagious illness) I’m sure you will agree that your salon treatment is not as important as the welfare of our team and the other clients visiting the salon.

We will ideally be taking full payments or a minimum of a £20 booking fee per treatment upon booking. Treatments over an hour will require a 50% deposit. Please make sure you specify clearly each treatment that you would like to book in for and let us know if you would like us to put any Dermalogica products aside for you. If you are using a gift voucher please have the voucher handy when you book in.

You will need to wear a face covering on arrival and during your visit. We have a few disposable masks available to purchase (price may vary) your mask needs to be worn on entering the salon.

Please wait outside the salon, you will be directed to enter by staff when safe to do so. Please be punctual as we can’t run late and leave clients standing outside. If the weather conditions mean you can’t stand outside, please call us once you are parked.

Your temperature will be taken on entry

Please sanitise your hands at the station in reception on arrival.

Any remaining payment will be made prior to going into the treatment room.

We have a one way system through the salon; we will be using the back doors to leave the salon after your treatment.

Please do not bring any coats, jackets, extra bags, shopping etc. unless absolutely necessary.

We cannot serve any drinks unfortunately and there won’t be any magazines initially but you are welcome to bring your own.

Please attend your appointment alone. NO guests or children will be permitted.

Future appointments can only be made by phone, not at reception on leaving.

The team will be wearing visors. All towels etc used will either be disposable or washed after single use and all equipment used will be sanitised between appointments.

We have conducted a risk assessment and made all reasonable changes to keep everyone as safe as possible.

If you are vulnerable there are quieter times that may suit you better and we can accommodate this.

As I’m sure you will understand, we have been closed for 4 months with no income and still paying our normal outgoings, along with raised working costs and losing a treatment room we have unfortunately had no choice but to implement a price increase.

All the team will be working hard to give you as close to the usual Body & Mind experience as possible whilst adapting to the new working hours and conditions. Please be as supportive as possible. We are looking forward to giving wonderful treatments and getting back to doing what we love. Can’t wait to see you all again xx
